A multi-disciplinary team co-ordinate such services as cleaning and security of premises, pest control and haulage through to the supply of equipment from portable air-conditioning units, catering equipment and lockers to office furniture and equipment.
We take responsibility for both preventative planned and reactive maintenance of a building’s fabric and services installations.

Innovation FM is a major provider of planned and reactive maintenance services and as such have honed our response capabilities to enable us to attend emergencies same day* within four hours, for health and safety and business critical issues. For non-urgent items an appointment will be arranged with an engineer to attend according to your requirements.
We believe that our services should be designed to meet the needs of the client and should recognise the working practices within a business in order to effect an integrated maintenance provision without disrupting the clients’ core business.
Regular contact is maintained with our clients, so that continuously high standards are initiated and maintained. Complimented by our email e-services on service request, during service and after service reporting notification support system, ensuring you are constantly aware of actions and services taking place.
